North German Style 5.1% ABV
This straw-blonde lager honours the 19th century Northern Germans who settled in the area. Respected for their craftsmanship and humble and honest nature, this beer strives to continue these characteristics.
Brewed in small batches, using the barest, yet highest quality of German malts and hops, and in refusing to use adjuncts, this beer is as honest and true as it gets.
Pale Lager 4.9% ABV
Clear, yet full-bodied, low in bitterness and mildly sweet, this lager represents what a Canadian is at their finest.
Kolsch Style Ale 5.3% ABV
Square Head: An honest person, a non-criminal of Germanic origin, a conventional traditionalist.
Some try to ridicule us with this name, but little do they know that we take pride and comfort in its meaning as we brew this Kolsch style beer with the pledge to be honest to its Germanic roots following traditional crafted conventions.
Comes in two sizes — one for sharing, one for not sharing. Three kinds of cheeses, three kinds of sausage, mixed nuts, crackers, dried and fresh fruit, veggies, pretzel and house-made mustard. Gluten-free option available.
